Fiora Health partners with Bioma Ltd for the provision of phlebotomy and diagnostic services. Bioma Ltd is a Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered provider, ensuring that all clinical services meet the required standards of safety, effectiveness, and care quality.

Fiora Health is listed on Bioma Ltd’s Statement of Purpose as a registered site, and all phlebotomy and diagnostic services provided through our platform are conducted under their clinical governance and oversight.

By using Fiora’s diagnostic services, you acknowledge and accept that:

· All blood draws, sample handling, and diagnostic processes are carried out by qualified professionals employed or contracted by Bioma Ltd.

· Any clinical liability related to phlebotomy or diagnostic procedures rests with Bioma Ltd as the CQC-registered provider.

3. 3. Service Availability

Our services are available by appointment and/or through select locations as specified on our website. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update services at any time without notice.

4. 4. Data and Confidentiality

We take your privacy seriously. All personal and health information collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, compliant with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

Your data may be shared with Bioma Ltd solely for the purposes of clinical care and service delivery, in accordance with their privacy and confidentiality policies.

5. 5. Payment terms

Fees for services are detailed on our website and must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

While Fiora Health facilitates access to healthcare services, we do not provide clinical diagnosis or treatment. Clinical services are delivered solely by Bioma Ltd and its staff. Fiora Health disclaims any liability for issues arising from clinical procedures, which are the responsibility of Bioma Ltd.

7. 7. Changes to These Terms

Fiora Health reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
